Recovery at elevated extract air temperatures
For extract air above usual ventilation temperatures, stainless steel plates are available. The online sizing covers air conditions from -40 to 600 °C (aluminium blocks up to 200 °C) and volume flows up to 100,000 m³/h per side; if your case lies beyond that, it is not excluded - talk to us and we will review it by hand.
What we size online - and what we do not
The configurator calculates gas-to-gas and air-to-air plate heat exchangers in the cross-flow design. Other designs - shell and tube or plate units for liquids, finned coils or cooling towers, for instance - are also supplied by AWS-Technik GmbH, but they do not run through this sizing: for those please get in touch directly.
